It would be great to see a tab for logging any hotel or room maintenance issues, which can them be printed on a report. The ability to log the priority level of any issues is also important with pre-determine SLAs (Service Level Agreement) for when any issues must be carried out and complete by.

The maintenance team can then view this section, carry out repairs and log any updates/notes to outstanding issues and complete any jobs down that are done.
